I earned my Bachelor of Science in Political Science and International Affairs, cum laude, from Florida State University, where I also received a Certificate in Emergency Management and Homeland Security. I obtained my Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During law school, I demonstrated leadership as President of the Cuban American Student Bar Association and held executive roles in the Intellectual Property Cyber Law Society and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. I also contributed to the Journal of Complex Litigation and earned consistent recognition on the Dean’s List.
Since my admission to the Florida Bar in 2021, I have gained extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts, handling a wide range of cases, including intellectual property disputes, first-party property claims, insurance defense, and immigration matters.
Fluent in Spanish and passionate about art, fashion, and photography, I bring a unique understanding of the creative industries to my practice.
