
As the Firm Administrator at SRipLaw in Boca Raton, Florida, I manage the operational, compliance, and administrative aspects of the firm, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning. I am dedicated to supporting SRipLaw’s mission of protecting the intellectual property of passionate inventors, creators, and entrepreneurs.
In my role, I am responsible for ensuring the cohesion and adherence of all employees to the firm’s goals and values. I work closely with the firm’s partners to coordinate efforts across all offices and teams, fostering consistency, collaboration, and alignment throughout the organization. Additionally, I collaborate with the accounting, human resources, and operations teams in Colombia to guarantee the optimal performance of the firm as a whole.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Social Science from Florida Atlantic University in 2008. Currently, I am pursuing an Executive MBA at Florida Atlantic University’s Graduate School of Business and expect to graduate in 2027.
With nearly two decades of experience in the legal industry, I have held multiple roles ranging from paralegal to operations, compliance, and management. My diverse background equips me to handle the complexities of firm administration while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our team.
