Matthew L. Rollin

As a Senior Associate at SRipLaw in Los Angeles, California, I am dedicated to helping creators, innovators, and businesses protect their intellectual property. My practice focuses on delivering tailored legal solutions to safeguard clients' creative works and innovations, with a strong emphasis on copyright litigation and effective case negotiation. Additionally, as a Senior Associate, I provide support and mentorship to our associate attorneys as they develop their practice. 

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California: San Diego (UCSD) in 2014. In 2019, I graduated from Pepperdine Law School with a Juris Doctor, along with a Certificate in Entertainment, Media, and Sports Law, and a Certificate from the renowned Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution. My studies included courses in Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law, and Entertainment Law, equipping me with a comprehensive foundation to navigate the complexities of intellectual property law. 

I am admitted to practice in California, all Federal Districts in California, the District of Colorado, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Before joining SRipLaw, I developed a passion for technology and artistic expression, which inspired me to pursue a career in intellectual property law. My mission has always been to empower individuals and artists by protecting their intellectual property and ensuring their creative visions are safeguarded. 

At SRipLaw, I leverage my strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients in copyright disputes and other intellectual property matters. I am committed to helping our clients succeed and thrive in their respective industries. 

Outside of work, I am passionate about Disney and Formula 1, interests that fuel my appreciation for creativity, innovation, and excellence in storytelling and design.
