As a Client Service Liaison (CSL), I support the work of our attorneys and paralegals by organizing information regarding infringements and conducting investigations into the parties responsible for these violations. Serving as a vital cog in the successful resolution of every case, particularly those involving copyright infringement.
I graduated with a degree in Social Communication and Journalism in 2024 from the Pontifical Bolivarian University in Medellín. Since then, I have worked across various communication platforms, performing duties that include writing, research, and editing for both informational and narrative projects. I am also deeply passionate about human rights activism, art, culture, and music.
Spanish is my native language, yet I am rapidly approaching fluency in English and am gradually beginning to explore the world of French. I am a helpful and service-oriented individual who enjoys learning new things and is always eager to take on new challenges that foster the development of new skills, both professionally and personally.
I'm very proud of being part of this team and working alongside such wonderful colleagues, from whom I learn something new every day. The work we do—protecting the copyright rights of those who make a living through their art—is truly fundamental to our society today.
