As an Intellectual Property Paralegal at SRipLaw in Boca Raton, Florida, I am dedicated to supporting the firm’s intellectual property prosecution and anti-counterfeiting practices. My work plays an essential role in helping SRipLaw’s creative clients protect their passions and achieve success in a dynamic and competitive marketplace.
I earned my Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Havana, Cuba, in 2010, where I studied Law. In 2017, I completed a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Intellectual Property Management from the Cuban Industrial Property Office (OCPI). This educational foundation has equipped me with a strong understanding of intellectual property law and its applications.
Before joining SRipLaw in 2022, I worked as a Trademark Attorney for over three years in Havana, Cuba, and one year in Mexico City, Mexico. During my time in Cuba, I became a Trademark Official Agent with the Cuban Industrial Property Office (OCPI), gaining valuable experience in trademark prosecution and management.
Fluent in Spanish and conversational in English, I bring a multilingual approach to my work, which allows me to support clients across diverse regions and industries effectively.
Like the passionate inventors and creators we represent, I find inspiration in creativity and innovation. Outside of work, I enjoy watching animated movies, dancing salsa, and playing pool—activities that fuel my appreciation for art and collaboration.
At SRipLaw, I am proud to contribute to the firm’s mission of safeguarding intellectual property and empowering creators around the world.
