As the Director of Operations for Colombia at SRipLaw in Cali, Colombia, I am dedicated to fostering operational excellence and supporting the firm’s commitment to protecting intellectual property and empowering creators. My role involves overseeing the firm’s activities in Colombia, ensuring smooth operations, and aligning with SRipLaw’s mission to protect innovation and creativity.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2017 and am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the same university, set to graduate in September 2025. Fluent in Spanish and English, I bring a dynamic and adaptive approach to my work, bridging cultural and organizational needs seamlessly.
Before joining SRipLaw , I accumulated over five years of experience in the public sector and with educational institutions. I led transformative initiatives, including reintegration programs for former FARC combatants through sports with Colombia’s Ministry of Sports, facilitated dialogue and development projects in Northern Cauca and Buenaventura with Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and advanced knowledge management policies for the Government of Valle del Cauca. These experiences honed my ability to drive impactful solutions and foster collaboration across diverse sectors.
Like the passionate inventors and creators we protect, I am deeply inspired by artistic exploration. My interests in painting, drawing, clay sculpture, and modular origami have sharpened my problem-solving skills and fostered creativity—qualities that align perfectly with SRipLaw’s mission to protect innovation and empower clients.
At SRipLaw, I am proud to contribute to a culture of excellence, supporting clients as they navigate the complexities of intellectual property law and achieve success.
