Juan Sebastián Martinez

As a Copyright Client Services Liaison and Colombian Lawyer at SRipLaw in Cali, Colombia, I am dedicated to protecting intellectual property and supporting creators and innovators in achieving success. My role involves managing copyright cases, conducting in-depth research, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional legal and strategic guidance. 

I am currently pursuing my law degree at Universidad Libre de Colombia, where I am expected to graduate in 2025. I am admitted to serve as a legal advisor in Colombia and bring a solid foundation in legal principles to my work at SRipLaw. 

Before joining SRipLaw, I gained valuable experience in Business and Corporate Law, where I learned how challenging it can be to find success in a competitive market. This experience has equipped me with the skills and perspective needed to navigate complex intellectual property matters and provide tailored solutions for our clients. 

Fluent in Spanish and English, I am passionate about innovation, philosophy, and business. My interests extend to exercising, meditating, and learning about art and human psychology, which inspire me to approach challenges with creativity and empathy.
