Juan Esteban Galindo

As a Client Service Liaison Lead at SRipLaw in Medellín, Colombia, I am dedicated to supporting and enhancing the operations of the Client Service Liaison team. My responsibilities include leading onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients, and contributing to the development of wellness activities for SRIPLAW’s Colombia team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 

I earned my degree in English Teaching from Universidad Católica Luis Amigó in 2020. With a strong foundation in education, I spent five years developing strategies to improve learning skills and enhance the educational process. These experiences have equipped me with exceptional communication and leadership skills that I now apply to my role at SRipLaw. 

Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, I leverage my multilingual abilities to effectively communicate and build meaningful connections with clients and colleagues across diverse regions and industries. 

Like the passionate inventors and creators we protect, I am inspired by sports, languages, fitness, music, movies, and food. These interests drive my dedication to helping clients protect their creative works and achieve success.
