Juan Sebastián Echeverri

As a Colombian Lawyer and Client Service Liaison (CSL) at SRipLaw, I work from our Medellín, office in Colombia. I am dedicated to safeguarding the intellectual property rights of creators, innovators, and entrepreneurs both in the United States and Colombia. My role involves leading negotiations in copyright infringement cases in the U.S., providing support in case management, and assisting Colombian creatives with advisory and representation in all areas of intellectual property. 

I am currently pursuing my law degree at EAFIT University, with plans to graduate in 2025. My professional journey began in corporate law and infrastructure law, experiences that have given me a holistic understanding of the legal landscape and prepared me to specialize in intellectual property. 

Fluent in both English and Spanish, I am committed to fostering clear communication and collaboration across borders to support our clients’ needs. 

Driven by a passion for storytelling and knowledge, I enjoy exploring podcasts and writing, which fuel my professional dedication and personal growth.
