After receiving my B.S. in Chemistry from Binghamton University in 1999, I joined the NYC Board of Education as a science and math teacher. I left teaching for the private sector where I worked in the product development lab and regulatory department of a Long Island supplement company. While working in R&D, I gained a strong interest in intellectual property, and made the decision to pursue Intellectual Property law.
I graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2008, with a concentration in Intellectual Property. From my 1L year of law school through 2016, I worked in a small intellectual property firm, and in 2016 I opened my own firm handling all aspects of intellectual property including patent, copyright and trademark infringement litigation.
In 2019 I joined SRIPLAW to open their office in New York City. I became a Partner at SRIP in 2022.
I am admitted in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and in federal courts around the country. I am a registered patent attorney, admitted to the Patent Bar, and I have prosecuted numerous patents, and successfully defended multiple patents before the PTAB in Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings.
I live in Brooklyn, NY with my wife and two children.
