As the Director of Anti-Counterfeiting at SRipLaw in Medellín, Colombia, I lead a dedicated team committed to protecting the intellectual property of creators, innovators, and businesses. My role involves overseeing the firm’s anti-counterfeiting efforts, ensuring our clients’ passions and creativity are safeguarded through strategic enforcement and collaboration.
I earned my Mass Communication degree from the Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín in 2018 and graduated with a Humanistic degree from San Vicente de Paul School in 2001. Fluent in Spanish and conversational in English, I bring strong communication skills and a global perspective to my work.
Before joining SRipLaw, I spent 14 years in the marketing department of one of the top five banks in Venezuela. This experience equipped me with expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relations—skills that I now apply to my work in intellectual property protection.
At SRipLaw, I am proud to work alongside a united and collaborative anti-counterfeiting team. Together, we strive daily to enhance our processes and deliver exceptional service to our clients, helping them protect their passions and creativity.
Like the inventors and creators we protect, I am deeply passionate about music, films, and sports. A lifelong Boston Red Sox fan, I enjoy walking, training, cooking, and watching baseball and American football. I consider myself a cheerful, resilient, and responsible individual, always focused on fostering a positive environment for my team and clients alike.
