Dayana Pouza

As an Anti-counterfeiting Client Services Liaison at SRipLaw, I am dedicated to protecting intellectual property and supporting creators and innovators in navigating the complexities of intellectual property enforcement. From Montevideo, Uruguay, I contribute to SRipLaw’s mission of safeguarding the work of passionate inventors and entrepreneurs. 

I earned a Bachelor of Library and Information Science (LIS) from Havana University in 2010 and a Commercial Management Technician degree from ORT University in 2022. My academic background combines information management expertise with a strong foundation in commercial operations, providing me with a unique perspective in intellectual property enforcement. 

Fluent in Spanish and conversational in English, I leverage my language skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across diverse regions. 

Before joining SRipLaw in 2023, I worked as a Commercial Specialist for three years at an intellectual property law firm. During that time, I developed a deep appreciation for the dynamic nature of intellectual property management and the impact it has on creators’ success. This experience solidified my commitment to helping clients protect their innovations and achieve their goals. 

Like the inventors and creators we protect, I am passionate about exploring topics related to art, technology, and science. I find fulfillment in helping others achieve their objectives and contributing to a team that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
