As the Director of Human Resources at SRipLaw in Cali, Colombia, I am dedicated to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace environment that supports the well-being and growth of our team. My role involves overseeing HR initiatives, promoting organizational development, and ensuring the firm’s culture aligns with its mission to protect and empower creators and innovators.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali in 2020. I have also completed a specialization in Human Processes and Organizational Development at the same university and will officially receive my diploma in April 2025. This academic foundation, combined with my passion for understanding people and processes, drives my approach to human resources.
Before joining SRipLaw, I spent three years gaining valuable experience in roles that strengthened my skills in psychology, organizational development, and interpersonal communication. While my formal experience in Human Resources continues to grow, my diverse background has shaped my ability to support people effectively and build meaningful workplace connections.
Fluent in Spanish and conversational in English, I bring a global perspective to my work, ensuring SRipLaw’s values are reflected across all levels of the organization.
Like the passionate inventors and creators we protect, I find inspiration in exploring creativity through pottery, painting, and cooking. These activities allow me to connect with my creative side, mirroring the innovative spirit that SRipLaw champions in its mission.
At SRipLaw, I am committed to cultivating an environment where our team thrives, ensuring that we are well-equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients and support their creative journeys.
