
As a Lead Client Service Liaison at SRipLaw, I work remotely from Orlando, Florida, supporting the firm’s mission to protect the intellectual property of creators, innovators, and businesses. My role involves overseeing key aspects of client service operations, fostering relationships with case referral sources, and ensuring the efficient and consistent handling of intellectual property matters.
I have played a pivotal role in managing relationships with our key referral sources for copyright cases, ensuring strong collaborations that benefit our clients. Additionally, I have been instrumental in improving internal processes within the Client Service Liaison team. My contributions have helped standardize the creation of cases in our information management system, streamline research practices, and refine the drafting and delivery of notice letters.
I am fluent in English and am currently improving my Spanish skills to better connect with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
Before joining SRipLaw, I gained valuable experience managing a family business, where I developed strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. These experiences have equipped me to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s mission of empowering creators and innovators.
