As a Colombian Attorney and Client Services Liaison at SRipLaw, I have the responsibility of receiving and analyzing situations and matters related to copyright infringement and IP protection for our clients across the U.S. and Latin America. Convinced of my job’s importance and value to safeguard innovation and creativity as legal rights, I seek to provide a complete and attentive service to all those artists and creators who require them.
I’m currently in the process of earning my law degree at EAFIT University -which I expect to obtain in this year’s second half- and a Translation Degree at the University of Antioquia. Thus, my experience combines both corporate law by providing counsel services to small and medium companies, and legal translation of documents, which enables me to adapt and offer counsel to any and all english-based clients in need of counsel and case management at the firm. In SRipLaw, my experience will reflect upon the quality of my service and my personal compromise to carry each and every case to its best possible ending.
Besides my job, I take care of my studies in both law and translation just as much as I take care of my well-being through hobbies such as physical exercise, board games of every kind and exploring my city and country whenever its possible. New experiences are usually the best ones, and protecting those who dare to contribute and offer their original creations to the world is a responsibility I welcome and adhere to in the strongest way possible.
