About Me

As an Intellectual Property and Civil Litigation Attorney at SRipLaw in the Atlanta, Georgia office, I am dedicated to protecting the rights of artists, creators, entrepreneurs, and innovators across various industries. I focus on providing insightful, strategic legal counsel while helping clients navigate the complexities of intellectual property law and litigation. Whether addressing IP disputes, contract negotiations, or business challenges, I prioritize professionalism, thoroughness, and a deep commitment to safeguarding my clients’ interests.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University. I then earned my Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, where I honed my skills in both intellectual property and civil litigation. Additionally, I obtained a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Sports Administration, which has allowed me to blend my legal expertise with a keen understanding of the business side of sports and entertainment.

Driven by my lifelong passion for sports, I studied the crucial role intellectual property plays in the broader field of sports and entertainment law. My studies included the impact of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rights licensing at the collegiate level, where the intersection of law and the evolving dynamics of sports has the potential to shape the future of athlete representation and brand management.

Since my admission to the Tennessee Bar in 2023 and Florida Bar in 2024, I have developed a thorough understanding of the litigation process. My experience includes handling a wide range of litigation matters, from intellectual property disputes and contract claims to personal injury defense and complex business litigation. I have successfully guided clients through challenging legal processes, ensuring that their business interests and intellectual property assets are effectively protected.

At SRipLaw, I am proud to contribute to the firm’s mission of defending the innovations and contributions of our clients in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital and business landscape. I am committed to empowering creators and innovators to protect their intellectual property, achieve business success, and thrive in their respective industries.
