Ana Muñeton

As an Anti-Counterfeiting Client Services Liaison and Colombian Lawyer at SRipLaw in Cali, Colombia, I am dedicated to protecting the intellectual property of creators and innovators. My role involves conducting thorough investigations, managing anti-counterfeiting processes, and ensuring the effective enforcement of intellectual property rights. 

I earned my law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2024 and am admitted to practice law in Colombia. Since joining SRipLaw, I have gained extensive experience in intellectual property, discovering how it serves as a cornerstone for fostering creativity and innovation in society. 

Before joining SRipLaw, I worked in the legal office at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and later as a Legal Assistant at a civil liability firm. These roles provided me with a strong foundation in legal analysis and conflict resolution, which I now apply to intellectual property matters. 

Fluent in Spanish and English, I am passionate about conflict resolution, as I believe finding effective solutions is key to promoting justice. I bring this same dedication to my work at SRIPLAW, where I help clients protect their creative endeavors and achieve success in a competitive marketplace. 

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and exercising, which help me maintain balance and focus. I am deeply committed to social causes and actively participate in volunteer work, particularly in initiatives that support animal welfare.
