Supplement maker Formulated Sciences, Inc. has settled its suit against the NFL. The Orange County, California company sued the National Football League and the National Football League Players Association for libeling and boycotting its products.

The federal lawsuit claimed that the NFL violated state and federal laws against monopolistic and unfair trade practices. Formulated Sciences maintains a website with a number of documents from the case here.

The settlement appears to be confidential since the site does not have the documents and a check of the court file reveals that the settlement agreement was not filed with the court.
