We are seeking a Law Firm Client Services Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping clients by preparing case documents, updating clients with case information, answering questions and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with information about the firm's services
• Handle client inquiries and resolve client concerns
• Document and update client records
• Prepare case documents including letters and court pleadings
• Handle client calls and meetings
• Manage and enter billing information for cases
• Maintain our knowledge base of clients and client services

​Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S. highly desirable
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or law related fields a plus
• Interest in law or a law related career a plus!
